Maintenance Groundskeeper – Sylvan Woods Westchester

About the role

Greystar is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Groundskeeper to keep the Sylvan Woods Westchester community clean, safe, and attractive. The role involves daily inspections of common areas, handling trash removal, and supporting the service team to maintain high curb‑appeal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, ensuring all common areas and amenities remain neat.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and keep storage spaces orderly.
• Complete assigned minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover activities.
• Change all locks in accordance with company procedures.
