LPN – Appointment Business Center

About the role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work in the Appointment Business Center, providing clinical nursing support to patients scheduled for appointments. This is a day‑shift, regular position within the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) health system.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care and assessments to patients in the appointment setting.
• Assist with patient flow, documentation, and coordination of clinical services.
• Maintain compliance with UAMS policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Arkansas.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to work day‑shift hours on site at the UAMS campus.
