Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator manages the end‑to‑end flow of products between FLOS USA and its European manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficient procurement, transportation, inventory availability and clear communication across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all intercompany purchase orders between FLOS USA and European subsidiaries using SAP and internal communication channels.
• Coordinate international inbound logistics, including air freight, ocean freight and container shipments.
• Obtain, evaluate and manage freight quotations from logistics providers and carriers.
• Schedule shipment pickups and transportation to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Prioritize and handle expedited shipment requests in collaboration with manufacturing and logistics partners.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation or supply‑chain issues.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain safety stock and support inventory planning, cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Ensure accurate SAP transactions and documentation for purchasing, logistics and inventory movements.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service and European manufacturing teams to ensure a seamless supply chain.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements in logistics, inventory management and supply‑chain processes.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing or inventory management.
• Proficiency with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Knowledge of international shipping, freight forwarding and import logistics.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Base salary $75,000 – $95,000 per year, based on experience.
