Lobby Ambassador

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests entering Sonesta hotels, shaping the overall first impression of their stay. You will welcome guests, manage lobby traffic, and support concierge, bell, and front‑desk services to ensure a smooth and memorable arrival experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, confirm reservations and assist with check‑in procedures.
• Monitor lobby traffic flow, direct guests to minimize wait times, and manage queues.
• Provide concierge assistance, including information on dining, entertainment, travel directions and personalized activity suggestions.
• Handle bell services: greet guests, load/unload luggage, hail taxis, and coordinate vehicle arrivals.
• Support front‑desk duties such as room assignment, record‑keeping, billing, and payment collection.
• Deliver passionate, engaging service following the GUEST model (greet, use eye contact, anticipate needs, solve requests, thank, and build relationships).
