Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in insurance defense cases, emphasizing premises liability, product liability, and personal injury.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to craft effective trial strategies.
• Prepare and deliver opening statements, conduct examinations, and present closing arguments in court.
• Collaborate with experts, witnesses, and colleagues to build strong, evidence‑based cases.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney with experience in insurance defense and litigation.
