Litigation Attorney – Boston, MA

About the role

Our client, a premier law firm in Boston, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join their growing practice. The role involves handling sophisticated civil disputes for corporate clients in highly regulated markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, consumer protection claims, product liability actions, and intellectual property litigation.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other filings.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute‑resolution proceedings.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop litigation strategies and achieve successful outcomes.
• Advise clients on litigation exposure, risk management, and strategic opportunities.
• Support business development through client engagement, networking, and relationship building.

Required profile

• 4+ years of litigation experience, preferably representing businesses in state and federal courts, arbitration, or administrative appeals.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the Massachusetts Bar in good standing.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing abilities.
• Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom presentation skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while working effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• High professionalism, sound judgment, integrity, and commitment to client service.

• Competitive salary range $130,000 – $200,000 per year, plus bonuses.
