Legal Research Analyst – Remote (Ohio)

As a Legal Research Analyst you will support customers by conducting legal research, managing expert‑witness search requests, and delivering accurate, timely information through a web‑based research platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research using internal and external resources and provide clear, concise information.
• Communicate accurately and promptly with internal and external customers.
• Apply established order‑management standards to meet departmental objectives.
• Advocate for customers by reporting feedback and resolving issues.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and across the organization.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Relevant experience in law, legal research, or customer support.
