About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to work remotely on a contract basis, providing expert analysis and guidance on a variety of U.S. law topics. This position is ideal for attorneys from top law firms who thrive in a multidisciplinary, virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis across diverse U.S. law subjects, delivering nuanced insights.
• Perform in‑depth legal research to ensure all project deliverables are based on current, accurate information.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related materials.
• Assess legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to best practices, providing structured feedback.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.
• Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal content as part of quality assurance.

Required profile

• Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
• Experience working at top-tier law firms (BigLaw).
• Proven ability to conduct legal analysis, research, and drafting across multiple legal subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in legal content review.
