Legal Advisor (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Advisor to work remotely on a contract basis. You will provide nuanced legal analysis and research across a variety of U.S. law topics, supporting multidisciplinary project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis and deliver clear guidance on diverse U.S. law subjects.
• Perform in‑depth legal research to ensure information is current and accurate.
• Draft, review, and edit legal memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related documents.
• Assess legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and address complex scenarios.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials as part of quality assurance.

Required profile

• Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
• Proven ability in legal analysis, research, and drafting across multiple subjects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience working remotely in multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with quality‑assurance or rubric‑based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
