Leasing Professional – Yardly Elm

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Yardly Elm community. This role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, conducting tours, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm they are ready for residents, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing using platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record leasing activity, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Ensure community and show units meet company standards for presentation through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing and property management.
• Ability to conduct tours, process applications, and manage move‑in procedures efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
• Experience creating and implementing marketing campaigns to drive traffic.
• Comfortable using property management software to manage data and reporting.
