Leasing Professional – Windsor at Fairlakes

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our Windsor at Fairlakes community in Fairfax, Virginia. In this full‑time position you will drive leasing activity, support resident satisfaction, and help achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet occupancy targets.
• Attention to detail in processing applications and preparing lease documents.
• Ability to conduct tours, answer questions and guide prospects through the leasing process.
