Leasing Professional – Sunnen Station

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Sunnen Station community. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.
• Support resident retention by addressing concerns and facilitating lease renewals.

• Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance and management teams.

Required skills

• Experience with OneSite property management software.
• Experience with Yardi property management software.
• Familiarity with online advertising tools such as Craigslist.
• Proficiency in using Facebook for marketing and outreach.
