About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for Sun River Village, ensuring occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals are met. This position involves guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and maintaining satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings, and run criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready, and schedule any necessary maintenance.
• Support resident satisfaction and handle lease renewals to promote retention.

Required profile

• Experience in leasing, property management, or a related customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide prospects through the leasing journey.
