Leasing Professional – Shorewood

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction for a Greystar community in Shorewood. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to lease signing and renewal, while maintaining high standards for the property’s show units.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are ready for new residents.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including online listings, resident referral programs, and employer outreach.
• Use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit quality by daily inspections, merchandising, and coordinating with the maintenance team.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, or cards to secure lease decisions and renewals.
• Prepare renewal packages, meet with renewing residents, and ensure timely execution of lease extensions.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing concerns or routing them to the appropriate team.

Required profile

• All state and local licensing requirements must be met, including a valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and to be on‑call as needed.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
