Key responsibilities
- Coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
- Achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Conduct leasing activities for new residents, from tours to lease signing.
- Provide ongoing resident satisfaction throughout lease terms.
- Secure lease renewals and support resident retention efforts.
