Leasing Professional – Palm Beach Reserve

About the role

The Leasing Professional coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Palm Beach Reserve community. The role drives occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all leasing activities from prospect qualification to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and manage lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Execute marketing activities such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards, coordinate with maintenance, and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, phone, or thank‑you notes to ensure satisfaction and secure renewals.
• Prepare renewal packages, meet with renewing residents, and ensure timely execution of lease extensions.

Required profile

• All state and local licensing or certification requirements must be met.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools including Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
