About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Nineteen01 community in Santa Ana. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record traffic, and maintain accurate leasing records.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience with a strong sales and customer service background.
• Weekend availability (typically 9 am–6 pm) and flexibility to adjust schedule based on business needs.
• Ability to inspect units, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.
• Knowledge of local rental market conditions and competitor activity.

Required skills

• Experience with OneSite property management software (or similar platforms such as Yardi).
• Proficiency in using online marketing tools, including Craigslist and Facebook.
