Leasing Professional – Multi‑Site (1202 Pearl)

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to join the 1202 Pearl community in Tacoma. The role supports multiple sites, including The Dakota, The Fairways, and The Lodge at Madrona, and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving occupancy and revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and manage the full leasing cycle from application to move‑in.
• Prepare lease documents, perform credit and background checks, and ensure smooth resident onboarding.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in and coordinate any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs and employer outreach, to generate traffic and sustain occupancy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to exceed resident expectations.
• Ability to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of leasing processes, credit screening, and background checks.
• Familiarity with apartment inspection and move‑in preparation.
• Understanding of market analysis and community marketing tactics.
