Leasing Professional – Mid‑Rise Community (Renza)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the newly launched Renza community, a 334‑unit mid‑rise property in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record prospect activity, and maintain resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented approach to unit inspections and move‑in coordination.
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend shifts as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Experience using Yardi for leasing and resident data management.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
