Leasing Professional – Maris Cape Cod

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for its Maris Cape Cod community in Hyannis. You will be the front‑line representative responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect units before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leasing activities simultaneously.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
