Leasing Professional – Lease Up (Vista Williams Ranch)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead lease‑up activities for the Vista Williams Ranch community. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, qualifying leads, touring the community, processing applications, and completing lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any outstanding maintenance tasks.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials to boost occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show‑unit standards and ensure community presentation aligns with Greystar’s quality expectations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Ability to manage multiple leasing tasks simultaneously while meeting occupancy and revenue targets.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
