About the role

Join Greystar as a Leasing Professional for the Avana Bellemeade community, where you will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic insights.
• Maintain show units to Greystar’s quality standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build relationships with prospects and residents.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Detail‑oriented approach to lease documentation, credit screening, and move‑in coordination.
• Ability to collaborate with maintenance and marketing teams to achieve occupancy goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
