About the role

Join Greystar as an entry‑level Leasing Professional supporting a 306‑unit garden‑style community in Santa Clara. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing, marketing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, coordinate any needed maintenance, and ensure units are ready for residents.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, and manage leasing data.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with a great attitude and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work a Wednesday‑to‑Sunday schedule.
