Leasing Manager – The Clara (Santa Clara)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for The Clara, a 508‑unit lease‑up community in Santa Clara. The role oversees marketing, advertising, sales, and leasing activities to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and on‑site traffic to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Set rent pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives based on market and competitor analysis.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including creative pricing and advertising strategies.
• Utilize property management software to generate sales and leasing reports and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure unit readiness, conduct inspections, and create merchandising displays such as mini‑models.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and manage move‑in procedures.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of related leasing or property‑management experience.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to develop effective marketing plans.

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi property‑management software.
• Funnel platform experience (a plus).
