Leasing Professional – Casona Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Casona community in Grand Prairie. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive prospect engagement and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport with prospects and residents.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with maintenance and management teams.
• Attention to detail in lease preparation and unit inspections.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
