About the role
The Leasing Professional will lead the marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives for the Birchway Quarry Falls community in Fort Worth, Texas. This role focuses on achieving high occupancy, maximizing revenue and ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
- Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
- Manage lease renewals and foster resident retention through excellent service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that drive occupancy and revenue goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leasing or property management.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering a seamless resident experience.
