Leasing Professional – Bend, Utah

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our community in Bend, Utah. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours and showcase apartment units.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Inspect units before move‑in to ensure they are ready and address any issues.
• Coordinate move‑in logistics, assemble move‑in packages and facilitate smooth resident onboarding.
• Manage lease renewals and maintain resident relationships to promote retention.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and report on occupancy metrics.

Required profile

• Availability to work Saturdays.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite at the Bend community.

Required skills

• Experience conducting property tours and presenting leasing options.
• Proficiency in processing rental applications and performing background checks.
• Knowledge of lease documentation and move‑in procedures.
