Leasing Professional – Avino Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Avino community in San Diego. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention by managing all leasing activities, from prospect outreach to lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, and process lease applications.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure smooth move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Track leasing metrics and report on performance.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing experience in a residential setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a dependable, adaptable personality.
• Positive outlook and ability to work weekends (9 am–6 pm) as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or CMR.
