About the role

The Resident Services Coordinator provides front‑line customer service to prospective and current tenants while supporting property staff in delivering a high‑quality living experience. Based on‑site in San Diego, the role coordinates resident activities, assists with move‑in logistics and ensures smooth daily operations for a stabilized community of 617 units.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver effective customer service to prospective tenants, current residents, and property staff.
• Orient new residents to the property, assist with utility set‑up and package delivery.
• Coordinate resident functions and activities, including planning and implementation of community events.
• Support property staff with resident‑related administrative tasks.
• Promote a quality living experience and address resident inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in resident services or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proficiency with Yardi or other CRM systems.
• Availability to work Wednesday‑Sunday, 9 am‑6 pm (schedule may change based on business needs).
• Eligibility for a 40% housing discount.
