Leasing Professional – Alta Rayzor Ranch

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Alta Rayzor Ranch community in Denton. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through proactive leasing activities and community outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and show apartments to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit standards through daily inspections and coordination with the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Knowledge of local rental market dynamics and competitor activity.
• Experience creating and implementing marketing campaigns to generate leasing traffic.
• Ability to manage lease documentation and ensure smooth move‑in processes.
• Detail‑oriented approach to apartment inspections and maintenance coordination.
