About the role
The Residences at Rainier Square is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead its leasing operations. This position is central to delivering exceptional customer service, driving occupancy, and supporting the community’s overall success.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and direct the community’s marketing, including print and internet advertising.
- Oversee sales activities and coordinate leasing team members.
- Utilize resources to achieve established revenue, occupancy, resident retention, and leasing goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Leasing Manager or in a comparable leasing role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and a track record of exceeding expectations.
- Ability to lead and motivate a leasing team.
