Leasing Manager – Los Angeles

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for a stabilized community of over 500 units in Los Angeles. You will guide the leasing team, set pricing strategies, and ensure revenue and occupancy targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready apartments, and set rent pricing and concessions.
• Analyze market and competitor conditions to develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Create and execute creative pricing, concession, and incentive strategies to boost traffic and leases.
• Develop advertising strategies using technology and generate leasing reports via the company’s property‑management software.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure community appearance, safety, and unit marketability.
• Inspect ready units, create mini‑models, and use merchandising techniques to promote apartments.
• Participate actively in the leasing process, generate traffic, qualify prospects, and close leases.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of property‑management experience, including 1–2 years as a leasing manager.
• Weekend availability required.
• Experience managing a community of 500+ stabilized units.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property‑management software.
• Experience using a CRM system for leasing activities.
