Regional Property Manager – Los Angeles

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily assets in the Los Angeles area. The role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance and tenant satisfaction across the assigned communities.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect properties and review financial, market and operational reports to ensure performance targets are met.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve asset profitability and occupancy.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional support teams to align on business goals.
• Lead implementation of local and national initiatives, ensuring adoption of new protocols.
• Prepare and present regular performance, financial and market trend reports to ownership and senior leadership.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships, address concerns promptly and implement retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Work with leasing teams to create effective marketing strategies and achieve optimal occupancy rates.
• Oversee budgeting, expense control and financial forecasting for the portfolio.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a regional management or comparable leadership role within property management.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver financial results.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting market and operational data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday on‑site in the Los Angeles region.
