Leasing Manager – Hollywood Park Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead marketing, sales, and leasing activities for its Hollywood Park community. You will be responsible for driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention while ensuring the property meets Greystar’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, adjusting pricing, concessions, and incentives accordingly.
• Develop and execute print and digital advertising strategies, leveraging technology and Yardi CRM for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to maintain property appearance, safety, and unit readiness.
• Inspect “ready” units, create mini‑models, and employ merchandising techniques to enhance salability.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Leasing Manager, preferably in luxury apartments.
• Proficiency with Yardi CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
