Leasing Manager – 610 West

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager for its 610 West community in Brooklyn Park. The role oversees all marketing, sales, and leasing activities to meet revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, advertising, and sales initiatives to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement pricing, concessions, and incentive strategies.
• Create and manage print and online advertising campaigns, leveraging technology and property‑management software for reporting.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure the property meets appearance and safety standards, and enhance unit marketability through inspections and merchandising.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Analyze financial, traffic, and closing‑ratio reports to drive performance improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing operations for multifamily or residential communities.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and resident retention tactics.
• Ability to lead a leasing team and coordinate with cross‑functional departments.

Required skills

• Experience with property‑management software for sales and leasing reporting.
