Lease Up Leasing Professional – Weymouth

About the role

The Lease Up Leasing Professional coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the community to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The role involves guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring smooth move‑ins, and supporting lease renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect and ready apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.

Required profile

• Must hold all state and local licenses/certifications required for leasing.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite property management software.
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
