About the role

Greystar is seeking a Lease-Up Community Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of Album Mallard Creek, a brand‑new luxury mid‑rise community for active adults (55+). This leadership position oversees all on‑site operations, ensuring a smooth lease‑up phase and sustained performance.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily on‑site operations, managing staff and resources to achieve leasing targets.
• Drive leasing velocity and meet financial and operational goals for the community.
• Develop and maintain a resident‑centered culture tailored to the lifestyle of 55+ residents.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
