Lead Maintenance Technician (Lawrence Road)

About the role

Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for overseeing technical and mechanical work across 85 garden‑style apartments at Lawrence Road, ensuring units, common areas and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and perform work order completion for resident service requests and preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, timelines, safety standards and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, task execution and final inspection.
• Control inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage, return unused items and order new supplies as needed.
• Conduct all required inspections using Leonardo 247, Entrata and other platforms, ensuring compliance with code, regulation and company policy.
• Maintain accurate documentation and paperwork for all maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Bilingual ability preferred.
• Experience in plumbing and electrical systems preferred.
• Willingness to be on‑call and work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm.
