LATAM Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to support its LATAM operations on a fully remote basis. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience while meeting fast‑paced hiring needs across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting from outreach to offer acceptance.
• Manage a high‑volume requisition load while maintaining speed and quality.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured phone and video screens to assess skills and cultural fit.
• Drive outbound engagement through calls, messages, and email outreach.
• Present and manage offers, including candidate communication and negotiation support.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent‑acquisition leadership to align hiring priorities.
• Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking in the ATS.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruiting effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven success in high‑volume recruiting environments.
• Experience across industries such as light industrial, manufacturing, or staffing (preferred).
• Strong candidate‑facing skills with ability to manage the entire recruiting process.
• Experience recruiting for roles across the continental United States.
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
• Professional proficiency in English.
