Key Account Manager – Kroger

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company's Advanced Hydration division is seeking a Key Account Manager for Kroger. In this role you will lead a cross-functional team to drive business results, develop joint business plans, and manage the Kroger relationship to achieve revenue, volume and share targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own direct customer and business management for Kroger, creating and executing short- and long-term strategies.
• Develop joint business planning models and annual plans with bottlers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver topline results (revenue, volume, share) and manage trade spend and T&E budgets.
• Lead annual negotiations and ensure optimized partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft selling stories, pricing, merchandising and innovation initiatives.
• Monitor account performance, report against key metrics, and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in customer core teams and system routines to provide updates and action plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large retail accounts, preferably in the beverage or consumer packaged goods sector.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset with a track record of building joint business plans.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to guide cross-functional teams.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholders.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue and market share goals.
