About the role

Infosys is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with strong React JS expertise to join its Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) unit in Richardson, TX. The role focuses on delivering digital, cloud, and AI‑first solutions for clients in the telecom, media, and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements during the elicitation phase.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, test, and integrate new features while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement bug‑fixes.
• Define test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate quality assurance activities.
• Create user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive records of code changes, testing techniques, and support actions.
