Java Full Stack Developer – Boston

About the role

Infosys Digital Experience (DX) is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join its Boston team. You will work on creating human‑centered digital platforms that enable enterprises to transform business models, improve operations, and deliver personalized customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements and contribute to the elicitation process.
• Participate in software design discussions, capture design decisions, and guide the technical team.
• Develop, test, and integrate new features or updates into existing Java‑based applications while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code repositories, and implement test strategies.
• Provide user training, documentation, and support to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to enhance reliability.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Proactive attitude toward testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and integrating software components.
