Intern - Security Analysis

About the role

This internship offers a unique opportunity to support the United Nations Department of Safety and Security in New York. You will work within the Security Information Analysis Section, contributing to the UN's global security risk management efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with information analysis requirements.
• Conduct preliminary research using publicly available sources.
• Support the creation of visualizations and presentation decks.
• Prepare research, analysis, and briefing notes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a graduate program, in the final year of a bachelor’s program, or already graduated.
• Ability to submit a complete online application, including a cover note with degree title, graduation date, and IT proficiency.
• Strong interest in security, analysis, and international development.
