Intermediate Architect – Luxury Residential

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Architect to join our boutique studio in New York City, working on ultra‑high‑net‑worth residential projects such as custom mansions, yachts and private jets. The role offers a hybrid schedule and the chance to collaborate closely with architects and interior designers on quiet‑luxury, highly detailed environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development from concept through construction documents for bespoke residential projects.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction details.
• Create 3D models and high‑quality renderings to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers and client representatives to ensure design alignment.
• Maintain project documentation and assist during construction administration.

Required profile

• 3–8+ years of experience on high‑end residential or hospitality projects.
• Demonstrated ability to design custom single‑family homes for ultra‑wealthy clients.
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for quiet‑luxury aesthetics.
• Excellent collaboration skills within a small, interdisciplinary studio.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with 3D modeling software.
• Ability to produce photorealistic renderings.
