Integration Group Manager – Solutions Team Lead

About the role

Provide overall leadership and accountability for the Solutions Group, overseeing the successful execution of systems projects from concept and design through implementation, commissioning, and customer acceptance. The role partners closely with Sales to define scope, schedule, and pricing while driving growth and profitability of the solutions business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing solutions team, conducting daily presence, weekly updates, project assignments, and feedback.
• Partner with Sales to create accurate cost estimates, competitive proposals, and support the Solutions business.
• Assign lead engineers, track project status, communicate weekly updates to sales and customers, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Manage shop resources, purchase components, maintain an organized shop, and oversee system design activities.
• Provide technical assurance to customers, approve proposals, and conduct feasibility studies and prototyping.

Required profile

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide engineers through all phases of automation projects.
• Excellent communication skills for customer management, sales support, and internal coordination.
• Broad electro‑mechanical knowledge covering mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software aspects.
