Instructor of Entrepreneurship

About the role

The University of Arkansas at Little Rock seeks an Instructor of Entrepreneurship to teach undergraduate and graduate courses within its entrepreneurship curriculum. The role involves championing the program and linking students with the vibrant local entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver undergraduate and graduate entrepreneurship courses.
• Mentor and coach student entrepreneurs, facilitating connections with local resources.
• Promote the entrepreneurship program across campus and in the community.
• Maintain instructional excellence in line with AACSB accreditation standards.
• Engage in professional activities that support student learning and program development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from an AACSB‑accredited institution.
• Professional experience in industry or entrepreneurship.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach student entrepreneurs.
• Strong understanding of Little Rock’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Required skills

• Curriculum development for entrepreneurship courses.
