Inside Sales Opportunity Representative – Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is expanding its Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team and is looking for an Inside Sales Opportunity Representative – Senior Analyst. You will drive the full sales cycle for cloud and technology solutions, leveraging data, AI and innovative tools to create pipeline and grow accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end sales activities from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing and post‑sale account growth.
• Proactively identify and engage new prospects through strategic outbound outreach.
• Manage and expand existing accounts, spotting upsell, cross‑sell and renewal opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Lead client engagements, delivering discovery, solution positioning and tailored presentations to both business and technical audiences.
• Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects and customer‑success partners to accelerate deal velocity.
• Navigate complex sales environments involving multiple stakeholders, procurement processes and contract negotiations.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education.
• At least 2 years of experience in an inside‑sales or related role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for business and technical audiences.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

• CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
• Cloud solutions knowledge
