About the role

Based in Dayton, OH, the Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative supports customers and sales teams by handling inquiries, orders, and technical assistance for SunSource’s industrial distribution business. SunSource, a leading value‑add industrial distributor, offers a range of products in fluid power, automation, and industrial components.

Key responsibilities

Process requests for pricing, delivery, returns, order status, and order expedites.
Provide product literature and technical assistance to customers and account managers.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal sales teams.

Required profile

High attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Excellent organization skills and a positive demeanor.
