Infra Engineer / System Administrator (Remote, 2-year)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Infra Engineer / System Administrator to join our remote team on a two‑year engagement. The role focuses on building and maintaining robust, scalable infrastructure while ensuring compliance, security, and automation across Linux and Windows environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce standards, documentation, and automation for enterprise‑scale systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure network firewalls, IPsec tunnels, and DNS services.
• Manage Linux (Red Hat) and Windows servers, including patching, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Deploy and troubleshoot hypervisors, containers (Docker/LXC), and storage solutions such as SAS, NVMe, iSCSI, and object storage (S3).
• Conduct detailed log analysis and root‑cause investigations, producing clear, actionable documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex incidents and improve overall security posture.

• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities to correlate symptoms across services and networks.
• Excellent written communication for documentation and knowledge sharing.
