About the role
The Information Security Analyst I will support United Health Service’s mission to protect patient data and hospital systems. Working under senior security professionals, you will help monitor, detect, and remediate cyber threats in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise security solutions to ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Conduct routine vulnerability scans, security checks, and compliance audits.
- Analyze network traffic for anomalous behavior and potential threats.
- Develop and maintain security dashboards and actionable metrics.
- Assist in incident investigations, perform forensic analysis, and support containment, eradication, and recovery activities.
- Deploy, integrate, and configure new security tools in line with organizational standards.
- Support policy implementation, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery planning.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on risk assessments and maintain an up‑to‑date risk register.
Required profile
- Familiarity with information security standards and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
